Ardoch LinCS Project - Linking Community and Schools
The LinCS (Linking Community & Schools) Project was designed in response to the growing number of schools seeking partnership with the ArdochYouth Foundation.
It involves a dedicated Ardoch coordinator working with a cluster of up to 10 schools in an identified geographic area.
Ardoch LinCS Coordinators work together with schools in Central Melbourne, Melbourne's West, Frankston and Geelong to create a gateway through which community members and business organisations can be directly involved in supporting local schools and their students.
LinCS Partner Schools are provided with:
- 10 Community Volunteers
- 1 Corporate visit or interaction
- Donated Resources ($1K Minimum)
- Professional Development and Training for school staff
- Project Management and Support
A negotiable financial and staffing commitment is required of each participating school.
The Ardoch Youth Foundation welcomes expressions of interest from primary and secondary schools located in Central Melbourne, Melbourne's West, Frankston and Geelong.
